ignore - SVN ignoring.txt does not seem to work in Zend Studio -

i added ignoring.txt @ root of project. inside have this:

php.tags .local.vimrc 

for reason when bring these 2 files , try commit see them in list of files commit. did commit ignoring.txt file. there step missing?

also, have never committed 2 files. both seen new.

i using zend studio 12.5 on mac.

although might new feature not know ignoring.txt nothing familiar with. ignore files please follow answer in this question.
