eclipse - java.io.IOException: Alias name [...] does not identify a key entry -


i have tomcat 8 server eclipse luna ide ..the server working fine till tried run particular jsp on server, got "tomcat failed start" error , told me delete .snap file in .metadata.plugins\org.eclipse.core.resources.. after doing tomcat isn't starting @ other project , getting following errors in console:
