i'm having complain of seo guy because post url not this

web.com/blog/post-title

but this

web.com/post-title

and web.com/blog/post-title redirects web.com/post-title

how restore normal behavior? looks being treated page work posts in web.com/blog

go settings -> permalink

choose custom structure , fill value /blog/%postname%/
