i'm new polymer , i'm developing app , node.js. app listens port , when receives something, displayed in page. i'm using core-animated-pages , want change page content transition when receives listening port (exactly topeka quiz https://polymer-topeka.appspot.com/ ).

what best approach accomplishing this?
