in app purchase - Unable to submit App with Auto-Renewable Subscriptions for a non Newsstand App -


i have never had problem submitting non newsstand app auto-renewable subscriptions. started seeing error when try submit app review:

free , auto-renewable in-app purchase subscriptions available apps newsstand enabled. remove in-app purchase before disable newsstand.

anyway around error without delete "auto-renewable in-app purchase subscriptions" ?

i on phone apple developer support. said known issue itunes connect , hoping resolve middle of today. (we having exact same issue application in store recurring purchases; unable update app because of error)
