geography - Attach markers to a bezier line and then "Pull" it straight with Inkscape -


i have bezier curve i've used trace curve of stream on map. @ points along stream have objects mark location of data. there anyway attach objects stream-curve , straighten curve?

i'd have in order create river profile , measure distance between different pieces of data (some markers elevation, , other data).
