javascript - The right column on the GetBootstrap website, how is it created? -


on getbootstrap website ( http://www.getbootstrap.com ), virtually every page underneath header made of 2 columns; 1 on left information/content located , 1 on right menu expands scroll down page. how menu expands created?

for example, on components page of getbootstrap, if click on nav (in right column), expands, , content (left column) scrolls section. if later click within menu of nav, left column instantly scrolls section, while right column remains in same expanded state.

furthermore, if did scroll down view content of left column, menu on right column expands reach headings within it.

how action created?
