not able to connect to the puppet master -


i having solo setup both master , agent installed on single node. while trying connecting master getting error. 

$ puppet agent --test --server xxxxxx info: retrieving plugin  error: /file[/home/ppower_test/.puppetlabs/opt/puppet/cache/facts.d]: not evaluate: not retrieve information environment production source(s) puppet:///pluginfacts info: retrieving plugin error: /file[/home/ppower_test/.puppetlabs/opt/puppet/cache/lib]: not evaluate: not retrieve information environment production source(s) puppet:///plugins

in puppet.conf specified pluginsync = true in client section
