How to redirect to another page in a new tab when i click on a menu in liferay? -


i have added couple of menu's in portal. when click on these menu's page/url opens. problem opens in same tab. when click on menu, page must open in new tab. how achieve this? have question too. how change alignment of portlet?i want portlet in left. dragging left of page, reduces size. maintaining, full width, how achieve it?

i found answer, thought of posting here. open in new tab:

  1. click on admin > pages.
  2. select respecctive page
  3. in side, there exists option named "advanced". click on it
  4. in target field, enter _blank
  5. save
