i got problem database on adminer plugin page. somehow, suddenly, instead modify field appeared strange field text.

also, instead of button select whole result appeared field number 1. happened tables.

on phpmyadmin in order. however, on plugin page can't use sql command, not mention can't check/select rows. i\'ve tried uninstall , re-install plugin, result same. ask emergency help. should grateful advice on how fix it.
