Can't pair phonegap desktop app with phonegap developer app on my windows phone -


i downloaded phonegap desktop app 0.1.1 beta , installed on computer (windows o.s 64-bit) , downloaded developer app on windows phone( nokia lumia 620)... ran phonegap desktop app , able create new project. have not been able pair desktop app developer app on phone.i keep getting " download error! " after entering server address of desktop app developer app on phone. ideas on how solve ? new coding mobile applications , have code mobile tracking app project.

i tried last release (0.1.9) , works on android device. version 0.1.8 not working. maybe found out.
