google search appliance - GSA report with 'Searches that returned results' and 'Searches that did not return results' -


i using gsa 7.2, in gsa search report have 2 report types

  • searches returned results
  • searches did not return results

what difference between types?

i tried last week search report both types, getting few same keywords , queries in both report types different occurrences count. here question if gsa showing result keywords , queries should not show in without result type, may understanding wrong, please correct me.

looks issue there long time. check this out. not sure whether fixed or not, better check google support.

btw, have user specific search (role based search)? if so, try search using same term user/role , see user/role gets 0 results.
