Command to launch visual studio code not recognized on windows 8.1 -


i have installed visual studio code on windows 8.1 pc. after installing launches correctly. when try launch command prompt "code .", prompt command isn't recognized.

if install vs code through setup, code.cmd placed automatically in c:\users\<your name>\appdata\local\code\bin. please verify command there!
