only post link current: http://mydomain/post-name want change post link : http://mydomain/blog/post-name

in permalink page (settings > permalinks), select last option enter custom permalink structure , enter :

/blog/%postname%/

it prepend post urls /blog/.

to prefix posts only, use following function in functions.php :
