javascript - Looking for a feature that enables me to drag a particular Navigation Menu anywhere on the screen -


i looking feature allow me mouse click on navigation menu , drag it. suppose, if have navigation menus such home, us, profile, services & contact , among these menus if click on home nav menu (without releasing clicked mouse) , able drag around page upto limited height of page. when limited height, upto height of particular banner height of 680px.

i tried search on net unable find related funtionality or feature , not know if such thing can created.

i appreciate if can me such feature , if yes how can achieve this.

there no plugin know of, or done, because appears simple drag , drop problem. recommend reading guides here , implementing own drag , drop problem.
