is there wikipedia api in rate topics, find if contain nude or sexual content or not, movies ? (proper kids or not)

the concept of “proper kids or not” highly subjective, , depend on culturally , held views.

however, wikipedia editions have systems label or categorize content might disturbing. these systems guidelines, agreed on respective community. have check wikipedia interested in using (you don't tell language interested in).
