android - FloatingActionButton, square button below API level 17 -


i using android.support.design.widget.floatingactionbutton new design support library 22.2.0, in layout file. working fine shows square button below api level 17

this known google , fix in next version of design support library, see issue: fab appears square on api 16. should concern api 16.

the workaround, proposed in same thread, add app:borderwidth="0dp" fab.
