cpanel - FTP is connect but directory is not displaying -


i have 2 network connections. 1 idea , reliance. when use idea working when using reliance internet connection showing timeout error.

there issues ftp passive port, please contact server admin , ask them enable passive port in server firewall , ftp configuration,
