Heroku pricing is per app or per account? -


hello read in heroku pricing understand plan hire per account, mean pay e.g hobby plan + basic 10m rows database, can have 100 apps account , basic dyno + 10m rows.

now im trying buy , way found buy entering in app itself, makes me think plan im hiring app.

so if hire plan particular app or entire account?

heroku pricing per-dyno, per-project (although project can have more 1 dyno). database pricing per-project.

pricing never per-account.
