visual studio - Can deploy to Windows phone on one machine but not another? -


i have been developing windows phone app on lunch breaks @ work , spare time @ home. project stored in dropbox it's same on both pcs. @ work when debug/deploy device fine , dandy. @ home following.

  error : dep6100 : following unexpected error occurred during boostrapping stage 'connecting device':    smartdeviceexception - deployment failed because no windows phone detected. make sure phone connected , powered on.    error : dep6200 : boostrapping 'device' failed. device cannot found. deployment failed because no windows phone detected. make sure phone connected , powered on.

now in both cases i'm using same version of sdk , of vs on same microsoft account on same phone on same project. doesn't work.

i have reinstall sdk twice no avail.

when run device registration following message.

unable connect phone. make sure windows phone ip on usb transport service running

i'm not sure i'm doing wrong here, has run before? ideas of fix issue?

i have uninstalled 2013 r4 , installed 2015. have done hard reset on phone. have run windows update , i'm date. have tried making brand new projects of posts suggest, no avail. same issue occurs, except emulators get:

i'm guessing next step reinstalling windows, think i'll wait till windows 10 comes out.

possible fixes: 1.try reconnecting phone. 2. try re registering phone developer device 3. try fix
