heroku - pg:backups restore gets into pending status -


i using heroku pgbackups add-on backup copying of db 1 heroku app heroku app. after pgbackups migration , removal of add-on, moved these commands using new commands according instructions. encountering issue process: pg:backups restore gets pending status. db cleared backup doesn't copy/restore , stucks 'pending'.

here got when checking status of pg:backups pg status

at time db not overloaded connections: pg info

then used pg:wait command , previous requests failed , new ones worked fine , did not pending pg:wait command

but not sure if happen again.

i grateful if explain me reason might , how fix issue. in advance time , help.
